WHAT 'A START-UP?

A Start-up identifies the initial phase for starting a new business, or that time when an organization tries to make profitable idea through repeatable and scalable processes. And 'always it is identified in the first phase of life Company.

REGULATIONS FOR CONCESSIONS

The December 19, 2012 came into force Law no. 221/2012 of the conversion D.I. n. 179/2012 known as "Decree Growth 2.0", with which the Government has adopted legislation for the development and growth of the country. In particular, Section IX, is dedicated to a new type of business: the SO-CALLED "Innovative Start-up".

WHAT 'AN INNOVATIVE START-UP?

A Start-up qualifies as "innovative" when it is incorporated as a company Capitals of Italian law or as a cooperative, or even European company with tax office in Italy that meets certain requirements and has as its sole object or prevailing "the development, production and marketing of innovative products or services with high technological value."

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE BENEFITS?

With regard to the development of an innovative start-ups are provided for different types of benefits such as easing bureaucratic for business register, leaner corporate management, discipline on the less stringent labor, tax incentives, facilitating access to credit and more.
